New F1 Piece

I began a piece that will depict a scene from the 1977 British Grand Prix. The race marked the debut of Gilles Villeneuve, driving the number 40 McLaren M26, as well as the first outing for the first turbocharged Formula One car, the Renault RS01. This will be 20" x 13", gouache on board. I will title Silverstone Debut.

I began another vector illustration, this time a Pontiac GTO “The Judge”. I hope it will be of similar quality to my Grandville from last August when it’s done.

Mario Andretti Lotus 79 "Car"- icature

Trying my hand at another F1 caricature, this time it is Mario Andretti’s Lotus 79 from 1978. I rendered it in vector but I may also render it up with coloured pencils similar to my recent Villeneuve 126CK once this digital version is complete.
